charter schools unconstitutional

As I’m sure you’ve heard (or hope you have at least) that Washington State Supreme Court has actually ruled charter schools unconstitutional. So it seems as though at least one state in our nation is waking up to the fact that private organizations with no oversight should not be using taxpayers money to well, do whatever they darn well choose. Let’s face it, whatever happens behind close doors is not going to be disclosed to the general public and the truth is we only know what charters want to tell us, since these private organizations do not have to follow the same oversight procedures as our public institutions.
