Becoming a Teacher Jedi

Developing as a effective educator is a process that takes time, experience, and lots of mistakes and mishaps during the journey. Throughout the teaching career, one will proceed through a continuum, first starting as a novice teacher absorbing every bit of pedagogy they come across, and after many years and many stages along the way, finally becoming a Teacher-Jedi with the power to enlighten their colleagues.
