For this Throwback Thursday at 180Dayz, let’s revisit a cartoon and topic the is more relevant than ever- has the increase in use and requirement of technology for teachers (such as posting lesson plans online, uploading artifacts, using web-based grading systems, etc.) helping to increase our efficiency and make us better educators, or is it all just making our lives a bit more complicated and stressful? Technology is supposed to make our lives easier, allowing us to do things more quickly and efficiently. But too often it seems to make things harder, leaving us with fifty-button remote controls, digital cameras with hundreds of mysterious features and book-length manuals, and cars with dashboard systems worthy of the space shuttle.
